How are we already in AUTUMN!?

Hello dear community! I have been offline for a bit and the website was down. My deepest apologies and, it will happen again. The broadcastings will be inconsistent and I won't always be updating y'all. I am not on social media and, as a reminder. I am chronically ill and disabled and i'm kinda cranky.
Things I want to update and remind folks on:
1. I don't run a business anymore. I don't have items for sale, I don't sell bulk herbs, or tinctures for vending events. My herb practice is community oriented and if you are interested in connecting with me about herbs, sail me a message and we can talk.
2. I am chronically ill, my illnesses disable me and I am unable to be consistent with running a schedule on my own for trainings, community education, community herbal offerings, or even tending the garden.  My herbal education practice is community oriented, and that means that if you are interested in learning about herbs, putting together an herbal offering, or getting some kind of community herbal ed workshop going. I need you to connect with me on a community basis and work collaboratively with me, because i cant hold it all reliably and need your support to make something happen for community.
3. I am a 5NP tech and Trainer of 5NP techs, and I am unable to do large scale trainings, I understand the demand and need for trainings, but we also need those who have been trained to start offering and running regular clinics so folks in community can benefit from the medicine that is community 5NP. Currently there are 2 regular clinics that i am aware of happening in the Portland area and we need more. If you have been trained to do 5NP and want to connect with other 5NP techs running clinics and want to get your feet in the water to learn how to run your own. send me a message. 
I can offer occasional small trainings but real talk, I don't have the energy or ability to run trainings for people who are just collecting a potential add on to their spa or cultural healing services. 5NP is a community care model. Not an individual money maker. If you reach out to me to do a training so you can make more money ...Don't. 
If you are about mutual aid, community care, and want to support our communities losing mental health and other supportive health care due to this garbage regime. Let's talk and get a group together of like minded folks to get a training going.  5NP was created by Black and Brown Revolutionaries to support communities who were being left to DIE by our government . If you aren't ready to walk on that path. We will likely not be a good match. 

Lastly, 4
I am undergoing some pretty intensive medical care  treatments that leave me very drained and very immune compromise and I am being very mindful of where i put my energy and protecting my space needed to rest and recovery. But i am also working to train some trainers who can support the need and demand for trainings. 5NP only just became legal to practice in Oregon in March of this year. we, a group of techs and trainers are working really hard to capacity build and get community in on the work. It takes time. so thank you for your grace and patience.
