I am a Community Herbalist, Land Tender, Bridge Brujx, Dogworker, Community Health Educator and 5NP Tech!

I tend to medicinal herbs in my garden and make medicine from what  grows there.
I tend land and annual veggies and offer food surplus to community through mutual aid networks
I tend rabbits for meat and chickens for eggs and offer surplus to community also through mutual aid networks
I teach in community.  
I offer a number of personalized and tailored services for you and your dog companion related to most of what is listed above. ​

I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and be in community thru intentional relationships.

I am slowly coming out of my time on a sabbatical that began on October 31, 2024 and am exploring ways to bring what I have learned about myself and how I want to grow and teach in community. 

I am still tending land and relationships and working on my studies of Black and Brown revolutionary workers through out history and contemporary, while reconnecting to my arts practice and tending to my chronically ill body.
AND working in community to push 5NP legalization for non acupuncturists to practice in community! and as of March 3rd I am a registered 5NP Tech and Trainer! which is pretty cool. I'm very stoked to offer this to community in the future and offer trainings!

Over this time I have been re-evaluating my relationships by stepping back and leaning into my and community healing.
I plan to share more about that process on the broadcast tab in this website. Thank you for you patience as I navigate what this means for me in community currently.
